Hey
Today is very fun day especially because it's raing outside and also becasue there's only one day left for internship to be over. Everyone is talkin about it, but let's face it guys we'll miss coming to internship for many reasons. First; we will have to stay in school till 4:00 pm ((dat's too long)) lolz. Besides we will miss taking the train with all of ur classmates and friends. We will also miss working with intelligent people and learning from them.
I want to say that I had fun having this wonderful experience at Vera.
I will miss the things mentioned above, and many other stuff, too.
I hope the next class enjoys internship just like I did or even more.

- I'm D and I created this blog when I was a junior at International High School at Lafayette (which at the time was located in Canarsie.) We were assigned to create a blog in order to post updates regarding our experience as interns at wonderful sites that were somehow related to our academic goals. Since I was extremely interested in criminal justice I interned at the Vera Institute, a prestigious non-profit organization that relates to the work I longed for. Certainly my dreams have somehow changed, I am now an undergraduate at The New School pursuing a major on Politics and a minor on Hispanic Studies.
